Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using EliteHealthAI (the "App") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. The service
EliteHealthAI is a free hub app that quick-launches other apps published by Elite AI Empire and shows you a list of recent push notifications. It does not provide advice of any kind.
3. No advice
The App is provided for general informational purposes only. It is NOT medical advice, NOT legal advice, NOT financial or trading advice, and NOT a substitute for any professional service. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information you see in the App.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code from the App; (b) use the App to violate any law or third-party right; (c) attempt to disrupt or overload our servers or push delivery; (d) impersonate any person or entity.
5. Intellectual property
EliteHealthAI, its logo, and all related branding are property of Elite AI Empire. All other trademarks are property of their respective owners.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Elite AI Empire SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $50.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, with or without notice, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at /terms. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
